How do I get access?
When your payment goes through, you will be sent your login details. Log into the course and you will have full access to all of the modules and downloadable PDFs.

I’ve already purchased the Addition & Subtraction Word Problems Resource. How does this course help me?
This course will go in depth about each of the problem types and show you how to solve each problem type and give you ideas and examples on how to teach word problems with your students.
While the focus of the course is not on addition and subtraction strategies, a variety of numbers are used in the word problems and you will see many examples of single-digit and multi-digit strategies you can also use with your students.
This course is a large piece of the foundational knowledge and how-to of the PDF resource.

Can I share my login information with other teachers?
No.
I would love for you to share ABOUT the course with your colleagues. Login for the course is for one teacher.
Can I download the videos?
You cannot download the videos. You have access to the course at anytime and just need to log into the site and watch the videos as many times as you want.
How do I change my password?
There are a couple of different ways to change your password.
- On the login page, you will see “Lost Password”. Click on the link and enter your email address. Follow the instructions in the email you receive.
- If you are already logged in, you can change your password on the My Accounts page.
How do I change my email?
If you need to change your email address, please contact me. Let me know your old email address and the new one. I’ll make sure you are all set up.

We will never request your password or other personal information through email unless you have reached out to support with a login problem. So it is likely a phishing scam.
How do I remove my email address from your newsletter?
You can remove your email address from a particular list by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email you receive.
